1. Information We Collect
Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored as a bcrypt hash — we never store your plain-text password).
Drill data — sessions, scores, shot positions, notes, and tags you log while using the app.
Technical information — your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device type, collected at login for security purposes (e.g. detecting unusual access).
2. How We Use Your Information
— To provide and operate the TargetSheet service.
— To authenticate your account and protect against unauthorised access.
— To display your historical drill data and analytics back to you.
— To respond to support enquiries.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored on servers located in Australia. Drill session data is associated with your account and isolated from other users — you can only access your own data.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at contact@athenalab.net. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
5. Cookies and Session Storage
TargetSheet uses a server-side session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used. Browser sessionStorage is used locally to manage guest mode state and is never sent to our servers.
6. Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We implement fail-count limiting to protect against brute-force login attempts.
7. Children's Privacy
TargetSheet is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will indicate the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
